Accounts payable document management system
It is the intent of these specifications that the County of Montgomery shall acquire an Accounts Payable Document Management System all in accordance with the following specifications. The vendor selected will have extensive knowledge and past experience in public and private document management system implementation. The vendor will provide a fully developed systems design and configuration that addresses all requirements, schedule of implementation and installation and configuration of proposed systems. The implementation system should also be detailed enough to evaluate each phase of the project
