   Bid Specifications and Proposal Forms may be obtained from the Purchasing Agent, Suite 500, 5^th Floor, One Montgomery Plaza, Swede and Airy Streets, Norristown, Pennsylvania, 19404, beginning Tuesday, August 21, 2007, for a non-refundable deposit of Twenty-Five ($25.00).  To expedite delivery of plans and specifications, please enclose your Fedex/UPS number and telephone number with your check. 

   A Bid Bond or Certified Check in the amount of 5% must be posted with Bid Proposal, where bid exceeds $25,000.00.

   Successful bidder only, will be required to post a Performance Bond in the amount of 100% of the contract.

   Bids must be returned no later than Thursday, September 20, 2007,  at

10:30 o’clock A.M.

   All bidders are urged to attend a Pre-Bid Conference on Friday, September 7, 2007, at 10:00 o’clock A.M.,  at the Pennypacker Mills Historic Site (610-287-9349), 5 Haldeman Road, Schwenksville, PA   19473.
