A Bid Bond or Certified Check in the amount of 5% must be posted with Bid Proposal, where bid exceeds $25,000.00.

Successful bidder only, will be required to post a Performance Bond in the amount of 100% of the contract.

All bidders are urged to attend a Pre-Bid Conference on May 7, 2008, at 10:00 A.M., at Parkhouse, 1600 Black Rock Road, Royersford, PA 19468

Bids must be returned no later than Thursday, May 29, 2008, at 10:30 o’clock A.M.
