                 We are pleased to extend to you an invitation to bid on the requirements as set forth above.

            Bid Specifications and Proposal Forms may be obtained from the Purchasing Agent, Suite 701, 7^th Floor, One Montgomery Plaza, Swede and Airy Streets, Norristown, Pennsylvania, 19404, beginning Wednesday, December 24, 2008, for a non-refundable deposit of Seventy-Five ($75.00) dollars.  To expedite delivery of plans and specifications, please enclose your Fedex/UPS number and telephone number with your check. 

            A pre-bid conference is scheduled for 10:00 A.M. on January 9, 2009, One Montgomery Plaza, Swede and Airy Streets, Burgundy Room, 2^nd Floor, Norristown, PA 19404.  All bidders are urged to attend.

            A Bid Bond or Certified Check in the amount of 5% must be posted with Bid Proposal, where bid exceeds $25,000.00.

            Successful bidder only, will be required to post a Performance Bond in the amount of 100% of the contract.

            Bids must be returned no later than Thursday, January 29, 2009,  at 10:30 o’clock A.M.
