Picnic area improvements Phase 1 
 

Bid Specifications and Proposal Forms may be obtained from the Purchasing Agent, Suite 701, 7th Floor, One Montgomery Plaza, Swede and Airy Streets, Norristown, Pennsylvania, 19404, beginning Monday,  April 27, 2009, for a non-refundable deposit of  Fifty ($50.00) Dollars (for hard copy) or Ten ($10.00) Dollars (for electronic copy).  To expedite delivery of plans and specifications, please enclose your Fedex/UPS number, telephone number.

           

            A Bid Bond or Certified Check in the amount of 5% must be posted with Bid Proposal, where bid exceeds $25,000.00.

            Successful bidder only, will be required to post a Performance Bond in the amount of 100% of the contract.

                       

            All bidders are urged to attend a Pre-Bid Conference on Thursday May 7, 2009, at 9:30 AM at norristown Farm Park Office (610-270-02150, 2500 Upper Farm Rd, Norristown PA.     

 

     Bids must be returned no later than Thursday, May 28, 2009,  at 10:30 o’clock A.M.
