Gentlemen:

            We are pleased to extend to you an invitation to bid on the requirements as set forth above.

            Bid Specifications and Proposal Forms may be obtained from the Purchasing Agent, Suite 701, 7^th Floor, One Montgomery Plaza, Swede and Airy Streets, Norristown, Pennsylvania, 19404, beginning Wednesday, May 6, 2009, for a non-refundable deposit of  Fifty ($50.00) Dollars.  To expedite delivery of plans and specifications, please enclose your Fedex/UPS number, telephone number.

            A Bid Bond or Certified Check in the amount of 5% must be posted with Bid Proposal, where bid exceeds $25,000.00.

            Successful bidder only, will be required to post a Performance Bond in the amount of 100% of the contract.

            All bidders are urged to attend a Pre-Bid Conference on Tuesday, May 19, 2009 at 9:00 A.M., at Montgomery County Correctional Facility, 60 Eagleville Road, Eagleville, PA.  

Bids must be returned no later than Thursday, June 4, 2009,  at

10:30 o’clock A.M.
