Register of wills processing system
The purpose of this RFP is to solicit options from responders that would address these requirements:
Option 1-Propose a new Register Of Wills processing system that would duplicate existing functionality, add additional functionality and allow for an Open architecture that would allow future changes to the system either by County personnel, proposer of new system or by a third party vendor that can develop changes.
--OR--
Option 2-Modify existing system to accept the additional functionality and allow for future changes to the system.
