Child care information services (CCIS) document management system
The purpose and intent of this RFP is to solicit proposals from qualified firms who have successfully completed the installation and configuration of document management hardware and software in municipal governments using an open-architecture software product.
The four major functions are:
·Scanning- ability to scan or import all CCIS forms and documents
·Indexing- ability to index specific documents as defined by the CCIS users
·Workflow – ability to route specific documents to the person responsible for the specific case
·Retrieval – ability to retrieve all documents, folders displaying images to the user in a flexible search query
